In the cold winter season, come to yoga to warm up, move your body and awaken to the Divine dwelling within you. This 1-hour class will focus on mindful movement and breath awareness to warm, stretch and integrate your body and mind. After savasana (final relaxation), we will spend 20 minutes in silent centering prayer. Beginners to yoga and/or centering prayer are welcome. As the wise sage says, the secret to learning is “Practice, Practice, Practice”.
