A Synergistic Romance
BJ Woodworth
A synergistic romance
Gliding together in harmonious dance
Flowing together without a glance
Sensing the cadence
Consumed with their presence
Fulfilling purpose with elegance
Unaware of an audience
Like…
Bride and groom
P B and J
Ice cream in cones
Adam and Eve
Rose and thorn
Hand in glove
Wool in a loom
Or…
Hammer and nail
Swinging, striking, sinking
Partners creating melodious rhythms
Fastening together an unshakable foundation
Building constructing and forming
Swinging, striking, sinking
Belief spilling over into action
Action the mirror manifestation
Reflecting the perfect image
What is shall be
What be shall is
Thoughts and deeds are bonded
Inseparable
Synonymous
Identical
One in the same but…
Still the same
Syntax is movement
Movement is syntax
What is said is done
What is done is said
No distinction or differentiation
Enmeshed in play with one another
The shoe always fits
So wear it!
The synergy
Dispenses a fragrant aroma
A dazzling light
An image of radiant beauty
A tapestry woven together
Of dirty hands
Calloused knees
Wise words
Sweaty brows
Empty pockets
Broken hearts
Embodied truth
Drawing people form every tongue tribe and nation
To a synergistic romance
